What a great weekend...........Terre has remained stable and improving for four or five days now! On Friday they took him off paralitics and Saturday they started easing big T off other powerful pain killers. Again a move more for his well being than to begin waking him up however, it is a step.

He looks good as swelling continues to settle down. I did find it disturbing that they shaved his head to help bandages adhere better, just not a look I'm familiar with save old pics of his high school flat-top. The nurses tell us to expect his numbers to fluctuate, not always in a good direction, as the drugs wear off and his body re-engages control. These are good signs and part of the process so we are greatful for where we find T's condition.

Jill is just completely overwhelmed by how generous and caring so many friends and family have been from coast to coast and asks me to send her most sincere thanks to everyone.
